Thank you for shopping at Ansh Creation. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, this Returns & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work.

1. Overview (Short)

You may return most unworn, unwashed, undamaged items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned with original tags and packaging. Shipping charges for returns may apply (see details below).

2. What’s eligible for return

Items in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

Items with manufacturing defects or damaged during shipping (please report within 7 days of delivery).

Wrong items shipped by us.

Not eligible:

Personalized/customized items (unless defective).

Final-sale items clearly marked “Final Sale” at checkout.

Underwear or intimate items for hygiene reasons (unless unopened in original sealed packaging).

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or improper care.

3. Timeframes

Standard returns: Request within 15 days of delivery. Item must be received by us within 21 days of delivery.

Defective or damaged items: Report within 7 days of delivery for faster resolution.

Refunds processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

4. How to start a return or exchange

Visit www.anshcreation.com/returns or email support@anshcreation.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason.

We’ll send a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions. Returns without RA may be delayed or refused.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible). Include packing slip or order number.

Ship the item using the carrier and address provided in the RA.

5. Return shipping costs

Change of mind / buyer’s remorse: Customer pays return shipping unless we offered free returns promotion.

Defective, damaged, or wrong item shipped: Ansh Creation will cover return shipping and replacement or full refund.

We may provide a prepaid return label or reimburse return postage after inspection (as applicable).

6. Exchanges

Exchanges for size or color are handled as a return + new order. Request an exchange via the returns portal; we’ll advise availability.

If the replacement item is more expensive, you’ll be charged the difference. If it’s cheaper, we’ll refund the difference.

7. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing time: once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. Bank/credit card processing times may vary.

Shipping charges originally paid are refunded only when the return is due to our error (defect, wrong item).

8. Damaged or defective items

Inspect your package on delivery and contact us within 7 days if the item is damaged or defective.

Provide photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

9. International orders

International returns may be subject to customs duties and taxes that are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping for international "change of mind" returns. Contact support for country-specific instructions.

10. Order cancellations

You may cancel an order before it ships by contacting support@anshcreation.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, please follow the return process above.
