Shipping & Delivery Support

Returns & Exchange Support

and in original packaging and all tags intact.

Customized and bulk stitched items may not be eligible for return.

Cancellation Policy

cancelled before dispatch.
- Once dispatched,
cancellation is not allowed.
- Bulk/custom orders
cannot be cancelled after production begins.

Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will
be processed within 10–15 business days.
- Refunds will be made
via original payment method or bank transfer.
