Support Policy
Full price jewellery (excluding earrings and personalised pieces) may be returned within 14 days of purchasing for a store credit. We do not process refunds. We do not offer free shipping if you choose to return an item. All items returned will be charged a $10 fee, which will be deducted from your store credit.
Please note: we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on sale items, or earrings for hygiene reasons.
Returns will only be accepted if the items are in their original packaging, and have not been opened or worn. Bliss + Stone reserves the right to decline a return if the items returned appear used, worn, scratched or damaged.
Bliss + Stone will not take responsibility for any damaged caused during transit if the jewellery is not returned in original packaging. It is recommended that jewellery is returned via a traceable service. Bliss + Stone is not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned. Bliss + Stone is not responsible for return shipping costs.
Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Return shipping costs, customs charges, govt taxes and duties for international orders are also not covered.
All returns take approximately 2-3 business days to process once the item is received at Bliss + Stone.
EXCHANGES:
If you wish to exchange your piece for another style, a store credit will be issued. Exchange is subject to stock availability.
